Every now and then we add a little extra to your order: a FUGAZZI gift. You don’t need a code and there’s nothing to choose. As soon as your order qualifies, the gift is added to your cart automatically and shows up as a free item. If it’s in your cart at checkout, it’s in your box.
When do you qualify? A gift comes with full-size fragrances (50 ML or 100 ML). Some products also come with their own gift, which you’ll see on the product page. Orders with only travel sizes, samples, body, hair or home products don’t include a gift. Please note that for smaller orders with a discount code used, the eligibility for a free gift varies on the total value of your order. Please keep a close eye on our FREE GIFT bar at the top of your cart!
Good to know: our gifts change over time and are available while stock lasts. If you remove an item and your order no longer qualifies, the gift disappears from your cart too. Returning an order? Please send the gift back with it.
How vouchers work: every Discovery Set comes with a voucher worth the price of your set. Two days after your purchase, we’ll send a unique code to the email address you ordered with. The code is linked to that email, so use the same address at checkout. Redeem it online on any 50 ML or 100 ML fragrance, excluding collaborations. One voucher per order, and it can’t be combined with other codes.

The Eau de Parfum line contains 20% of perfume oil.
The Extrait de Parfum line contains 30-50% of perfume oil.
Each fragrance is designed with longevity in mind, ensuring it lasts throughout the day and into the night.
After purchasing a Discovery Set, two days later an email will be sent with an unique voucher code that can be used towards a purchase of any 50ML or 100ML fragrance (except collaborations). Discovery Set vouchers are not redeemable in store.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above €45.
Delivery Times by Region
- The Netherlands
For orders within the Netherlands, we aim to deliver within 1–2 business days, depending on the selected carrier. Deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, except for PostNL letterbox deliveries, which are Tuesday through Saturday.
- Europe
For shipments to other European countries, delivery times vary by carrier. The estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
- Worldwide
For international shipments outside of Europe, we ship from the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Most orders within the US are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, while orders shipped outside the US may take 7 to 30 business days, due to customs and local processing.
We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, and they will be required to arrange their own shipment.
Once the returns have been received and approved, we will refund the value of the returned goods, excluding any original shipping costs.
For orders placed in the United States and Canada, a $15 non-refundable return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
