FAQ
The Eau de Parfum line contains 20% of perfume oil. The Extract de Parfum line contains 25-50% of perfume oil. All our fragrances are made to last up to 12 hours.
Every order above €45 ships with one sample of your choice offered in the cart. We also sell samples on their own. See the product page for availability, you might want try one of our discovery sets.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, directEbanking, Giropay, iDeal, Klarna, Maestro, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Free shipping on all orders above €45.
No, it’s not possible to use multiple coupon codes at the same time. If you’re already using a Discovery Set code, you won’t be able to add another (for example, a free sample code). Only one coupon can be applied per order.
FAQ
An email will be sent 2 days after purchasing a Discovery Set with an unique voucher code that can be used towards a purchase of any 50ML or 100ML fragrance, except our collaborations. Discovery Set vouchers are not redeemable in store.
FUGAZZI Fragrances accepts returns for change of mind if a return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping. Once the return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued for future purchases. An email confirmation will be sent once the process is complete.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.
